1. General Provisions

This policy sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the security measures taken by the operator in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006.

This policy applies to all personal data the operator receives from visitors and customers of tbeacon.org.

2. Data Processed

  • when placing an order or registering: last name, first name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address;
  • when contacting us via the feedback form: name, e-mail address, message content;
  • automatically: technical data (IP address, browser and device information, cookies, on-site activity data) collected by analytics services.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • concluding and performing a sales contract: processing and shipping orders, order status notifications;
  • responding to user inquiries;
  • improving the site, analysing traffic (anonymised statistics).

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of: a contract to which the data subject is a party (152-FZ, Art. 6(1)(5)); the data subject's consent (152-FZ, Art. 6(1)(1)), expressed by checking the relevant box in the site's forms.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Data is disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfil an order:

  • delivery services (CDEK, Russian Post, other carriers — depending on the shipping method chosen);
  • for international shipments — foreign postal and courier services (cross-border transfer limited to what delivery requires: name, address, phone number);
  • payment is processed through the acquiring bank's secure services; the operator does not receive or store full bank card details.

The site uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC), including Webvisor; the data collected is anonymised and used to analyse site performance. By continuing to use the site, the user consents to the use of cookies; cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.

6. Retention Period

Data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved: order data — for the periods set by accounting and consumer-protection legislation; inquiry data — until the inquiry is resolved; account data — until deleted at the user's request. Once the purposes are achieved, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Data Subject Rights

The user has the right to: obtain information about the processing of their data; request correction, blocking, or deletion of data; withdraw consent to processing. To exercise these rights, send a request to tbeacon@tbeacon.org. The operator responds within the time limits set by 152-FZ.

8. Protection Measures

The operator takes the necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction, including transmitting data over a secure HTTPS connection and restricting access to data.
