You get a new tBeacon configured with default settings. Basic of them:
- Frequency: 433.075 MHz;
- Calling tone: ToneBurst (1750 Hz);
- Calibrated individual frequency correction and buzzer resonant frequency;
- External battery monitoring is disabled;
- Timer-based beacon is disabled;
- The coordinates format is DD.DDDDD (Google Maps format).
It is recommended to shift the working frequency, especially if it is not permitted to use LPD band in your location or if this channel is known to be busy.
When installing into consumer drones like DJI Phantom, Mavic, Hubsan Zino, Fimi A3, etc., it is recommended to place the tBeacon into the drone's shell
and use a tBeacon's feature of remote power-off. This is done by means of the corresponding switch in the configurator.
If you anticipate that it would be hard for you to turn off the tBeacon after each session, it is recommended to switch option "LiPo extra care" on.
